# CONTACT

To write to us, send a direct message on X: you need an X account. No X account? Write to the organisers from [our Meetup group](https://www.meetup.com/stepn-tech/) (you need a free Meetup account). For questions about the STEPN app itself (your account, a locked sneaker, anti-cheat), write to the official support team: support@stepn.com.

## ON X

Send a direct message to @PolyGST about walks, the league, contests, the Polygon realm or the site, or if you have a question before coming along.

[MESSAGE @POLYGST](https://x.com/PolyGST)

In a direct message, the club will never ask you for money, your 12 secret words or a two-factor authentication (2FA) code. A message that asks you for any of these things does not come from us, even if it seems to come from @PolyGST.

Spotted a mistake in a contest result? Reply to the contest's announcement post on X: the correction will be published on the contest page.
